Hi, I'm Addison, co-founder of SFT!
I grew up in Florida, raised by an incredible single mom who was in med school when I was born. While most kids were learning their ABCs, I was learning about marketing, patient records, and the chaos that comes with starting a medical practice. Watching my mom build her own primary care practice from the ground up taught me so much, especially how difficult it can be for doctors to grow their business while juggling patient care.
I saw firsthand how frustrating it was for her to work with expensive, unresponsive marketing agencies that just didn’t deliver. With my background in tech, I jumped in to help where I could, creating newsletters, EHR automations, and anything else that would make her life a little easier. Those early days sparked a passion in me to support small, independent practices like hers—and that’s how SFT was born.
